Our team will arrive in a branded vehicle and matching uniform. We’ll evaluate your devices and space to make sure the services purchased meet your needs. If you’re replacing an existing TV, we’ll uninstall the old unit and move it to another room (setup available for an additional fee). Then, we’ll deliver, unbox, and attach the TV mounts to the TV (mount required and may be sold separately). We’ll mount the TV to a standard frame wall with a drywall surface (additional costs for decorative surfaces or above a fireplace). We’ll conceal in-wall rated video cables within the wall between 2 studs. Next, we’ll connect and setup your TV with your video devices and connect everything to the network. We’ll program the remotes that came with your devices. We’ll neatly dress all visible cables, clean up the work area, and remove packaging. Then finally we’ll complete a system demo and educate you on your new technology.
